School Fees

School Fee Structure

Your Child’s all-inclusive school fee consists of a Tuition Fee and a Resource Levy. The Resource Levy contributes towards the cost of other expenses such as compulsory year level camps, excursions, Year 7-9 and 10-12 Laptop program, book pack, School ID cards, school representation activities (eg: SACSA), Fast Week activities and any other classroom expenses. The yearly Resource Levy is not subject to any School Card or sibling discount as this is a cost per student

Other charges specific to an individual senior school subject selection may still apply, for example Outdoor Education camps, scientific calculators, or the Mission Trip.
Costs specific to senior schooling, such as senior jumper and graduation dinner will be charged accordingly.
Bus fees are a separate charge at this does not apply to all students.

Payment of School Fees

School fees will be billed to you at the beginning of Term 1 each year and are payable in full unless a payment plan commitment has been made.
All families should be signed up to Edstart to make their fee payments.
All payment plan commitments MUST be made before week 2 of Term 1.

Early settlement discount will be applied as follows

4% off full term payment if paid within 14 days of the start of term.
6% off full year fee if paid within 14 days of invoice date.

School Card Discount

School Card concessions are available. You will need to apply at the beginning of each year to the Department of Education School Card Scheme to receive a School Card discount. This can be done online at SA GOV – School Card Scheme or you may request a form from the school which would need to be filled out and returned to the school. School fees will be billed at the full rate until notification of eligibility has been granted by the School Card office. We encourage families who believe they could qualify for School Card to complete the appropriate application forms as soon as they are available which is usually late January.
