Mud Day on the last day of Term 2 was a highlight of the year, bringing together students, staff and families for a day of fun, connection and community. From the giant mud pit to the fires where marshmallows were roasted and everyone warmed up afterwards, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

It was wonderful to see students of all ages getting involved, with our senior students encouraging and assisting the younger years throughout the day. The event was a great reflection of the school spirit, teamwork and sense of community that make Horizon so special.

History was made at the 2026 SACSA Rijken Cup as Horizon Christian School claimed the overall championship for the first time. The week was filled with outstanding teamwork, memorable moments and strong performances across multiple sports, reflecting the dedication of our students, staff and coaches. Congratulations to everyone who contributed to this incredible achievement.
